The space

Kirkton House is a secluded Category B Listed building on the edge of the Forest with 8.5 acres of woodlands, ponds and river. Lots of birds, deer, rabbits, pheasants and more, great for wildlife enthusiasts. Walks & Cycling throughout the Bin forest. We are offering extremely high levels of cleanliness a range of safety measures to ensure customer piece of mind.

Kirkton House was originally built by the Minster of Cairnie Church Alexander Chalmers who was married to Lady Anne Gordon of the well known Gordon Family. Cairnie is a small hamlet just 5 minutes drive from Huntly and 9 minutes from Keith. There are many beautiful attractions in Huntly itself including Huntly Castle, the River Deveron, which is famous for its trout fishing, and the Gordon Estate, offering beautiful hillside walks. Keith has its own distillery Strathlsla Distillery and waterfalls and beautiful walks. The area is famous for its excellent food, particularly local meat and fish.

We have five bedrooms, ten beds, two large reception rooms on the ground floor, both with woodburning stoves comfy sofas and dining option if wanted. In the Library room we have a very large HD smart TV with a DVD player available on request, lots of games and books - a wonderful space for everyone to come together to relax and socialise. We also have well equipped with dining table capable of seating twelve .
